These terms apply whenever you use CortexGrip, whether you’re drafting your first site with Weavex AI, registering a domain or reading a Growth Intelligence report. By creating an account, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
CortexGrip is run by CortexGrip Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (No. 16826349) at 118–120 Meridian Place, Isle of Dogs, London E14 9FF. When we say “we”, “us” or “CortexGrip”, that’s who we mean. “You” means the person or business using our services.
2. Your account
You need to be at least 18 to open an account. Keep your details accurate and your password to yourself, because you’re responsible for what happens under your login. If you think someone else has access, tell us straight away and we’ll help lock things down.
IN PLAIN ENGLISH
One account, one owner. Keep your login safe and your details up to date.
3. Using CortexGrip fairly
We want CortexGrip to be a good neighbourhood for every business on it. A few simple ground rules apply to everything you build, send or host with us.
You’re welcome to
Build sites for yourself or clients
Sell legal products and services
Send email people asked for
Use our AI to draft and edit
Please don’t
Send spam or bulk unsolicited email
Host phishing, malware or scams
Copy others’ brands or content
Overload or probe our systems
If something breaks these rules we may remove the content, pause the service or close the account. Where we can, we’ll warn you first and explain why.
4. Plans, billing and renewals
Prices are shown before you pay and include VAT where it applies. Paid plans renew automatically for the same period unless you switch renewal off in Billing.
- Billing cycle
- Monthly or yearly, paid in advance
- Renewal reminder
- Emailed 7 days before every renewal
- Price changes
- At least 30 days’ notice, by email
- Failed payments
- We retry for 7 days before pausing anything
5. Your content and Weavex AI
Everything you add to CortexGrip (text, images, logos, products) stays yours. You give us permission to store, display and process it only so we can run your services.
Weavex AI drafts copy, layouts and images from your prompts. Check what it produces before you publish: you’re responsible for what goes live on your site.
IN PLAIN ENGLISH
Your content is yours. AI drafts are a starting point, so give them a read before you publish.
6. Domains and third-party services
Domains are registered through accredited registries and are also covered by our Domain Registration Agreement. Some features rely on partners such as payment providers and email delivery services, and their own terms may also apply.
7. Availability and support
We aim for 99.9% uptime and monitor every site around the clock. When we need planned maintenance, we schedule it for quiet hours and post it on our status page in advance. Support is available by chat and email, seven days a week.
8. Cancelling or ending these terms
You can cancel any plan from Billing at any time. It stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you can export your site and data before it closes. We may end these terms if you seriously or repeatedly break them.
9. Our responsibility to you
We’re responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We’re not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profits, or for problems caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing here limits liability that can’t legally be limited.
IN PLAIN ENGLISH
If we get something wrong, we’ll put it right. We can’t cover knock-on business losses.
10. Changes to these terms
We’ll update these terms as our products grow. For important changes, we’ll email you at least 30 days before they take effect. Every previous version stays available in the version history.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If something goes wrong, talk to us first: most issues are sorted in one conversation. If not, you can take it to the courts of England and Wales, or your local courts if you’re a consumer elsewhere in the UK.
